Partners-In-Conservation, LLC ("PIC") is a Delaware limited liability company. Our mission is two-fold: to help preserve properties in need of protection and to earn a profit for our investors. Our goal is to demonstrate that important conservation objectives can be achieved while earning an excellent return for our investors. We are an "under-developer". Our current focus is in Tennessee.

Historically, profit taking and conservation have been viewed as incompatible objectives. Most of our country’s conservation efforts have been funded either by public dollars or by gifts to non-profit non-governmental organizations. PIC is now making investment dollars available for conservationists to preserve lands and historic places.
